About Our Company

Baker Construction is a full service residential/commercial general contractor. In 1992, Baker Construction began as a restoration contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration repair.

Unlike other restoration contractors, Baker Construction was and still is a full service general contractor who can handle not only the emergency water or fire damage, but we are also equipped to handle all of the repair and remodeling work, from a small drywall repair to totally rebuilding a custom home or building.

We expanded our services in 2004 to offer complete remodeling and construction services. This was a relatively easy transition for us to make because we had the knowledge and the personnel. One of the true benefits to using us for any of your remodeling or construction needs is that being in the restoration business for as long as we have been has taught us a lot about getting in tune with customer's needs.

The key to the success of any remodeling and construction project is good communication. And, a big part of communication is listening. From the beginning of a project to its end, the Baker Construction team places a high priority on listening - to you, your needs and wishes – and on keeping the lines of communication open.

Our Memberships

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC)

 IICRC-approved instructors, like Baker Construction, must have at least 5 years actual experience in the applied-for subject field. Foremost, they must be of good reputation and respected within the industry. They must be affiliated with an IICRC-approved school, or they must have their first two courses monitored by an IICRC representative. Every two years instructors attend the IICRC sponsored "Train the Trainer Course." Initially, all instructors are presented for approval to the Certification Council (a group of some 100-industry representatives) and to the IICRC Board of Directors for final approval.
